We have reached some highs under him that we would not have achieved under BR and the lows have not been worse or more frequent. That is progress just not a miracle.

He's here 3 months, **** loads of injuries, **** loads of games, no time to train them to develop his own style and what he wants, no pre season and most of all they aren't his players. The time to wonder if it's time to start worrying is a year away at least.
A goalscorer or two in that team and we'd be flying even with the other problems it has, under Rodgers we created **** all, now we are creating loads of chances but just aren't taking them. Even with all the problems and the lack of time he fixed the first part quickly, he'll fix the rest too given time and money.

Yup this. We will vent and curse after the **** games but we'd only be reflecting what's going on in Klopp's head. He knows he doesn't have time or tools to carry out his plan.Originally posted by G View PostHe's here 3 months, **** loads of injuries, **** loads of games, no time to train them to develop his own style and what he wants, no pre season and most of all they aren't his players. This season will be about getting through, implementing his style slowly and assessing the players that he wants to keep. Was muß, das muß.

We really have to prioritise the Ausberg legs now. The way to do that is slowly switch our youngsters from starting cup games to starting league games instead. We don’t have a striker to fire us into the top 4 and we won’t have one all season. So the likes of Can, Hendo, Lucas, Sakho, Clyne, etc, are rested at weekends and play regularly midweek. The likes of Kent, Tex, Ojo and even Branners in league games will give them and us a huge boost if even one of them shines ala Sterling. If we can win the Carling Cup then we’ll already have qualified for Europe so league position won’t be that important.
The teams that have a realistic chance of winning Europa this season (Spurs, Dortmund, etc) will all have difficult domestic challenges to finish in CL places nationally. We can press the advantage by having our first XI always primed for these midweek fixtures. We might still be lacking a goalscorer but that’s not as critical in two legged affairs as long as the players gegenpress regularly exhausted teams. CL qualification is there for the taking if we re-prioritise.One tit for another.

If we ever want to see that shameful, frankly disgusting, -3 goal difference in the league to ever hit the black again I suggest playing players that have the technique to finish.
Can you imagine Henderson with a shot like Ojo except you just know he'd hit the defender or miss the post. Then the eyes shown by Texeira for his goal before he coolly lifted it over the keeper, Milner would have LOLZed it straight at the keeper's chest. One tit for another.

When he said this, I reckon he whispered "really, really big tweaks" under his breath.Originally posted by Alex View PostI think Kloppo will come to regret saying it was only a few tweaks needed to make the club great again.
The striking situation is woeful. Its properly ****ed us this season.
