I heard Michael Owen after the match , who knows a bit about hamstring injuries himself, & he suggested it appeared to be a stage 1 tear which is usually 7-10 days recovery. Stage 2 would have shown a significant limp & probably being assisted from the field. I hope he’s right.

I don't think Klopp bothers putting time frames on injuries any more. It's a bit pointless anyway. Players heal at different rates and if they don't then they have some arbitrary date as a target.

I don't think we'll ply him until after the mid season break regardless. So about 3-4weeks.

I get that but a timeframe would indicate whether it’s a level 1 tear or a 2 or a 3. I’ll assume level 1 until told otherwise. #glasshalffull
