I'm unsure if it's his ankle or knee. It looked from the replays and stills that his ankle got trapped. But he was also holding both.
I hope it isn't the ACL with which you can walk unencumbered with.Comment

Yeah, definitely looked like his ankle.
He seems to recover fairly quickly so it could only be a few weeks out.

Am really hoping it turns out to be something that costs him a week at most and even then a week out sees him miss two games.
He is such a big loss as he is the only real genuine pace we have in the first team, and he brings a goal and assist threat with that pace.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

I've just got a bad feeling about this one. They way he collapsed after getting up was not a good sign. Agreed, so much rotten luck this season but I think most of the sides have had their fair share of injury problems bar ChelseaComment

was it that **** berkeley who clattered into him. it wasnt so much the challenge for the ball but as the ball was played he fell into mane's legs from the side twisting his leg sideways as mane went down. very avoidable and no doubt intended.
we will be able to further analyse it when the bitter ****s bring out their dvd.removing all the weak links makes us stronger

Barkley should have seen red again yesterday on probably two occasions. He's another typical English player that won't live up to the talent due to being a halfwit.
