Imo he was anonymous in the first half and we were all over the shop for the second half.

I wouldn't go so far as saying he had a good game, but he wasn't that bad, I did think Milner would come on for him though.

Yeah he hasn't really got going this season really & I expected Milner to replace him too.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

You don't do half measures eh.

All over the shop is an overstatement and you know it. We couldn't control the game in midfield and Leicester were winning too many second balls but we defended well. It wasn't a vintage attacking performance but it was enough like United's back to the wall second half vs Southampton was enough and we didn't play as bad as that.
          Are we winning?

It's heart attack stuff with Liverpool. Games that should be dead and buried turn into nail biters and panic stations. We won and got the points but that performance does nothing for my confidence in the side. Leicester away and getting 3 points is nothing to be scoffed at it's a great 3 points that were well needed but we are still very unconvincing and need to improve.

You just genuinely do not know which Liverpool side is going to show up on from one half to the next. As regards Wini... o just do no5 get why his home and away performances are so contrasting.

Was ****e again - Milner, Ox or even Grujic are surely better options right now. Has been woeful this season with the exception of Ars

                He wasn't great today.

But he hit the post, and he's hardly going to be making tackles or intercepting or winning headers when we have 81% possession. I note passing stats aren't on that.

Newcastle worked hard to stifle us today and pretty much succeeded.

Was surprised he started. Squad player he is, we need so much better than him.

I agree those stats don't paint the whole picture but from watching the game he ambled around the midfield slowing us down with his passes (others were guilt also btw).

The reason it is so disappointing is because he was so good last season. He is an enigma!

Newcastle sat so deep so we definitely needed someone to try and play forward or more incisively (Keita.... Lallana...) or to play the more risky Forward pass.

                      But Newcastle parked the bus.

Won't be the last time we encounter that this season.

Of course if won't. Utd will do it and frustrate the **** out of us.

My United supporting mates have gotten very giddy due to them beating lots of terrible teams and reckon they're gonna come at us all guns blazing cos they're amazing going forward and we're **** at the back. Hope they do. Teams who come at us at Anfield tend to get pumped. But we all know it'll be a flat back 8.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Think this is the second time this season that he's had these kind of stats

Have checked virtually the same stats v City

Think this is more than glossing over his lack of contribution

He's often fails to put tackles in is terrible at competing for second balls

He's a real enigma for me

Henderson and Can I can see what you get from them but it's a real mystery to me why he's playing and why many people like him
