Definitely suitable under some conditions.Originally posted by fidget View PostMy levels were low and I was experiencing symptoms, Poor sleep, tiredness, increased recovery time after the gym etc (no lack of libido though
) so I started 12 months ago (was almost 55 at the time)
Best thing I ever did. If you come off it your body takes a few months before your levels will be back to pre TRT. I'd probably feel like **** for a while but the upside is more than worth it.
I also take BPC 157 (a peptide) which has worked miracles on my tendonitis.

5 months later and I'm still not playing football but I can run comfortably.
I don't feel confident I'll play football again tbh. But then again I'm 50 in April.

Yer old and creaky.

Ditto for me. On the other hand, I couldn't play football before the injury either.Originally posted by dom9 View PostI did that to my ankle in October.

Heard the TRT is great and recommended once your into the mid 40s when the levels drop. There are some great supplements as alternatives likes Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis which work. I've been on the BPC and TB 500 combo for a few months now trying to help my dodgy back & shoulder tendonitis but it's tablet form and not doing much to be honest, the gut is probably burning it up & reducing it's efficacy. Are taking the peptide injections? Would love to try the injections into the problem area but don't know anywhere that does it over here. I am considering PRP & stem cells for my back but pricey(everything is pricey in Ireland).... PRP injection less so.Originally posted by fidget View PostMy levels were low and I was experiencing symptoms, Poor sleep, tiredness, increased recovery time after the gym etc (no lack of libido though

With your back I would be looking to go down the head in a jar Futurama approach.

Lots of old farts here, I'm taking Shilajit everyday and I'm certain it's boosting my testa levels. Recommend trying. I take that, Vitamin D, Zinc and Saw Palmetto, really recommend. Tried all sorts of supplements and boosters, these are the ones that felt like working.Originally posted by Norbs View PostI thought my testosterone levels were bad and experiencing everything you mention but a blood test said I was OK. I still think I need it, can I insist?* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

With TRT, you take a manufactured form of testosterone to regulate your levels. This can help improve the symptoms of low testosterone, like low libido and lack of energy.
TRT doesn’t fix or cure the underlying cause of low testosterone. In fact, it will cause your testicles to stop working
Pros and cons I suppose.
