    no he wasn't.

I swear you only think players that can smash in goals from 30yards or score a goal a game are "good"

Naby is a good player when fit. Just unfortunately thats a rare occasion.

He was a competent and useful midfielder for approximately six months. He’s been here five years. Awful purchase.

He let the club down by continually being available for his national side & then being injured. THe one time he was a constant in the team (4-6 months) we were a much better side.

He made his choice & it wasn't that of his salary payers; hopefully we have learned the lesson.

The injuries were of course a massive frustration.

Many dislike him for not being the player they imagined after they gorged themselves on Tik Toks and highlights vids for a year before he arrived.

Don't agree. He was ok at times but never had a really prolonged run. I can't remember a game where i came away thinking "thank **** naby played because otherwise we wouldn't have got 3 points there"

And the fact that lfc pre-paid a year previously was cause for excitement.

He has been **** overall. Approx 80m investment that effectively gave us a squad player that was injured for most of the time who ****ed off on a free.

He wouldn't get into the team of any of our rivals so isn't good enough

Thanks for that. After that match I really needed some light relief and I knew I'd get it in the Keita thread
