She did. Police said it was a case of her word against his.

Just got to let it play out whatever way it will. Sounds like it has reached a conclusion however whether going public will reopen it, i don't know.

So now she takes to Twitter? Seems a bit wrong that, like the facebook posts I sometimes see ("This man beat up his girlfriend and put her in a coma, share this picture!!" - and then it turns out that no, he didn't, but it's too late now). Even if it was consensual, Naby comes out of this looking bad.

Do footballers ever learn? What's he supposed to do, get written consent every time, or just not have relations at all? The only thing he is definitely guilty of (assuming this is recent) is breaking lockdown rules, the rest is just one person's story against another.

It will open both Naby and her up to analysis, comment and criticism (rightly or wrongly), it is likely our/Naby's fanbase won't come out of it well based on some of the comments that I have read, but unless more evidence comes to light it seems that the police investigation is over, and unless that happens only the people there will know what happened.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I don't even think we should be discussing it on here to be honest. I've seen some shameful stuff on Twitter, but that's Twitter for you and we're better than that

As it stands, there isn't really anything to discuss as we don't know what happened. It's not even a case of he's guilty OR she's lying. Her account could be accurate but not implicate him in wrongdoing. Nobody knows.

What do we think of him?

It was a cracking assist today but he frustrated me again overall. He's clearly a huge talent but we're not getting the best out of him. Just imagine if he was replicating his Leipzig levels, he could take us even to another level.
                        Thanks very much for being

He is never going to play like he played at Leipzig here, so I think he has had to adapt and probably still is, as he is in and out of the side.

Being fair to him, he played ok today, but the lack of quality movement ahead of him didn’t help him or any of our midfield.
                          Are we winning?

I'm not seeing it so far. He's not lazy, and he's not rubbish, he just hasn't played to the level that I'd expect of someone in our midfield yet. Question is, how long does he need to find that form?

i think he is getting there, just not as quickly as we all want him to; teams sitting deep are stifling him & playing for LFC he will have to adapt.

Loved his assist today & the more game time he gets the better

I think he ll get maybe up until January next season to prove himself. He clearly has talent, he's a sleek footballer but it still remains to be seen whether he can cut it in the prem.
