The flip side is the entire team were excellent second half. I was resigning myself to hanging on for a pen shoot out after the first half. The truth of it is we should have scored more than three second half.

It was a semi final and Villareal went for it as if they had nothing to lose, because they had nothing to lose.

They bloodied our nose, but we came back with a resounding response. I thought we were awesome second half.

I think we would all of hooked Naby. He was terrible, but, Klopp sees the game so accurately and knows what to fix, thats why he is paid the big bucks and we chat **** online.

I thought that was the worst performance by a player in the first half that I have seen for many years. So many missplaced bread and butter passes. Not just him, the whole team, but Naby was the worst culprit.

Fair play to both him and Klopp for keeping faith and turning it around. I think we were all surprised when he stayed on. Turns out Klopp might know what he is doing...

Also have to credit Villarreal for making it hard. The whole team were pressed, and we struggled.

I don't get where this 'he needs space' nonsense has suddenly came from. The opposite is true, he excels in tight areas and one of our best players for when teams press.

Likewise, he doesn't play well in big games.
