I dont think he was that much worse than most but he did have the stand out moment with that ridiculous back pass that let them through.

It was a semi final and Villareal went for it as if they had nothing to lose, because they had nothing to lose.
They bloodied our nose, but we came back with a resounding response. I thought we were awesome second half.
I think we would all of hooked Naby. He was terrible, but, Klopp sees the game so accurately and knows what to fix, thats why he is paid the big bucks and we chat **** online.
Speak for yourself!!!!

Hmm, Thiago was also shocking but maybe Naby just shades it with that terrible back passOriginally posted by Charly View PostI thought that was the worst performance by a player in the first half that I have seen for many years. So many missplaced bread and butter passes. Not just him, the whole team, but Naby was the worst culprit.
Fair play to both him and Klopp for keeping faith and turning it around. I think we were all surprised when he stayed on. Turns out Klopp might know what he is doing...
Also have to credit Villarreal for making it hard. The whole team were pressed, and we struggled.

Poor first half, exceptional second. That pass for the third goal was

Thiago was awful, Robbo looked like a rabbit in the headlights, Trent was just punting the ball anywhere and they both let players drift in behind them for the goals....and the front three couldn't hold the ball up at all putting everyone else under pressure. To pick Naby out of that car crash of a half is very harsh.

Watch the first halfOriginally posted by RedReet View PostI don't get where this 'he needs space' nonsense has suddenly came from. The opposite is true, he excels in tight areas and one of our best players for when teams press.
Likewise, he doesn't play well in big games.
Naby
