I think I have agreed with about 3 or 4 things you’ve posted tonight

Time for me to go lie down m.

Yeah I thought he was alright too and the sub was strange though understandable but he’d just come alive. Bent official does his job and everyone is probably praising a solid display with a moment of class to win it for us.

He's trying to play his way into form and on this evidence, he'll get there.

appeared to play as instructed by Klopp. Thought he did well in difficult playing conditions and was our only midfielder looking to drive forward.
        Another MASSIVE game

He is obviously going to need time to adapt to pace of the game, in Germany he had a lot more time to take the ball past players, he is instantly closed down here. He did alright last night, I dont think our lack of 3 points was in anyway down to him. Those conditions really did not suit our game one bit and honestly, the refs gave us nothing, blatant peno, you could easily Maguire should have not being on the field when he scored.

I'll take a scrappy 1-1 in the snow and Naby's class is obvious but he is going to take time and need some patient support

Technically you can see he's a lovely footballer, it's the pace and tempo of the premier league that he seems to be struggling with. Him bursting forward for that blatant pen was something that he used to do every game for Leipzig. I think he's under more constraints tactically here which is maybe why he isn't doing it more or maybe it's a confidence thing. Bit of both imo.

He just is a second too slow in everything he is doing and just hasn't adapted to the tempo of the prem. It's hard not to be disappointed as he's a big money signing that hasn't delivered. A lot of us (me included) thought we would be getting an instant game changer when he signed. As it stands I would be surprised if he starts many more games this season, everything last night was so slow, even with the pitch the way it was & he is struggling physically aswell imo... just getting pushed off the ball way too easy. Fabinho has to be a starter for us & although Gini was poor last night he's been fantastic this season so imo he's another starter. Keita bursting through and winning the game for us by getting a pen could have been a turning point for him, instead he gets whipped off and looked well pissed off... fine margins.

If his instructions were to sit alongside Wijnaldum and break up play / win the ball I would say he was pretty poor

He was a bit crap last night. Slow to react, a bit lightweight and ran into dead ends. Did a couple of good things but well outweighed by the poor/ineffective things.

                      a pretty fair assessment.

He still looks for cross field passes that go way too close to opposing players for my liking. He will come good though

Can't help but feel that if him and Fab hit the ground running we'd be top of the league

At the moment he's way down the pecking order in central mid for me - Gini, Hendo, Fab, Shaq and Milner all deserve starting spots ahead of him.

I thought he'd be a play which demanded the ball and tried to take the game to the opposition but that doesn't appear to the case. Hopefully he'll come good, he clearly is talented on the ball.

Breaking up play when we had 79% of the ball? He hardly had to do this and I'm sure Klopp doesn't think like this.
                                Are we winning?
