Horrendous news for him. Puts a game of football in a fair bit of perspective.

Cousin not brother apparently.

Sounds horrendous. Brake failure.
According to the Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, there were 27 people on board: 22 players, four backroom-team members and the driver.
Crash caused by brake failure, says club's manager
Speaking to Guineematin.com, Étoile de Guinée manager d'Abdourahmane Condé said: "We were going downhill when the coach's brakes suddenly gave way.
"There were three corners; the driver somehow managed to negotiate the first two, but there was nothing he could do about the third. He lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into a tree."Modifying post.

That's good news if true. Gone from brother dead, to cousin dead, to cousin survivesOriginally posted by Pepe79 View Posthttps://twitter.com/ThAmadouMakadji/...24047604649986
Almamy Keira (cousin) survived the crash, contrary to reports.

Well no, I’m not lying. I’ll be patient with him hoping he could live up to his obvious talent, but I’m not disappointed. If he doesn’t make it it’ll be a shame, but things don’t always pan out how you’d expect.
Disappointment is a strong word and I’ll leave it for if we don’t win the league type of situations. Are we winning?

I’m not at all disappointed at his level of performance when he has played though.
To you both.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Yep, the "he's been ****" stuff is really weird and usually comes after a rusty game after an injury spell where his whole time here gets rewritten. He was brilliant in that Salzburg, Leicester, Bournemouth spell, our best football of the season, think statsbomb done his league numbers and they were absolutely obscene.Originally posted by Pepe79 View PostI’m disappointed at how things have gone for Keita and that it’s not been possible for him to play more.

Though of course obscene numbers aren't much use with a tiny sample size as he's never on the pitch enough to see if it can be the same long term (though going by his time in Germany it would be) but the idea he's been crap when he has played is not true at all.

he was brilliant in the away game vs Salzburg - he thrives in high transition games
