Honestly I dont think it is ever going to happen for him now and I am convinced it's all mental for him. I'd move him on now. We would get most of our money back on him

      Much easier.

He'd be getting ripped to shreds two to three years ago.
      For what?

His performances have actually been very good overall, he’s just missing a real run of games.

For being injured. For not scoring goals, getting assists, for putting in some pretty average performances. These are the accusations many other signings have had to put up with and Keita gets a bit of an easy ride. For me he is currently way behind Ox.

I don't think we will sell, and I do think he has potential. But he is going to have to start delivering, because there is pressure to get in the first team right now.

ACN next year, i think we will sell him for decent money; i would be disappointed but he simply hasn't done it & will have another season where he isn't available for a big period

Well slaughtering a player for injury says more about the fans doing it.
He does get goals and assists, see the tweets above.

Keita doesn’t get an easy ride at all, as this thread is showing.

Which is down to misfortune, not his performance.

As I say, all he needs is a proper run of games. Everything else is there.

Its not earth shattering in the League.

I just expected 'World Beater' and we've got 'promising signing'.

I’d still probably start him in the CL but for now he’s well behind Ox for a league start.

Yeah Ox works harder and is more aggressive on and off the ball, hes also capable of playing a longer (in terms of passing) game than Keita who generally wants to play everything short

I couldn't tell you what Naby's game is.

Has a good touch, quite explosive, eye for a short range pass but something is not right.

Yes he's had bad luck with injuries and not had a chance to build confidence up. So much competition in our midfield too..

I just think we'd be better off with a different type of option to our highly effective but functional midfielders.

                              Phil C for example.
