Yeah, I dont see it happening for Naby anymore. He is a good player, but not a game changer at the level we need. We need a guy who is undroppable, as it is Naby cant displace Hendo.

Naby would probably do quite well in Paris, plus he can spend his spare time trying to retrieve the ball from Saturday.

My personal opinion of Naby is that he's a good player with a lot of technical ability, but hasn't got the temperament to be a mainstay in the team, and as such I wouldn't be too disappointed if he moved on in the summer. Having said that, it's quite revealing how some feel it's perfectly okay to pour scorn on the player over a wayward shot, and even go to the trouble to bring video clips as part of the pile-on.

That was me.



I have said what i think of him as a player, I think he is decent but I think it may be time for him to move on. Be happy if he proved me wrong, but how many seasons in a row are we going to say that?

I also quantified why I posted the clip, not to pour scorn on the player but to discuss technique and what he might have done.

To be fair, the shot doesn't reveal anything about Naby lacking technique, it was just a poor shot, which he should have had the composure not to rush. Remember the strike he scored against Chelsea during the season we won the league? It was an absolute cracker, so he has it in his locker.

No midfielder we currently have on our books have the ability to score goals on a regular basis, so he's not on his own there.

I'd also not be overly gutted if he went though. I there's a player there, but its been years and he hasn't shown anywhere near enough for me

I still cant get my head round how bad the shot was... I've watched it countless times for that very reason.

I believe in the multiverse. I don't think we are finding worse.

(yet paradoxically, that means better attempts exist).
