He's looking good, I think that he should be starting games ahead of Lallana, he looks much more suited to our style of play.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The difference between him and Lallana is like night and day. He is quick and decisive, always looking forward and to be positive. He needs to be a starter in our midfield as it does seem he has a really good link with our forward line. £12.5m what a bargain!

Shaq’s style is way more suited to our game. Lallana needs to go back to Southampton

he's absolutely made for our style. Said at start of season I was most excited by his signing, just wish he could get more game time. 1 goal and 2 assists in his last 3 games and that is with limited game time in them.

He also seems really popular with his team mates. It's impossible not to love him to bits

Quite clearly he's not built for celebrating with teammates or the manager. Just a smidgeon too short.

In Lallana's defence he is coming back from long term injury, but having said that if Shaq had started we would probably have been 4 nil up by half time.

Once he's fully fit again, he'll be a useful squad player.

Shaq is immense though as I knew he would be.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Absolutely, with Ox not available for the foreseeable future a fully fit Lallana still has a role to play & yes Shaq is the dog's nuts.

So pleased he’s so hungry to impress when he’s a starter or off the bench. He’s been sensational & he’s exceeded most of our expectations I’d say.

I'd love to know for sure whether it was ever going to be him and fekir or he's the back up plan.

From everything I've read, I'd say we wanted both.

We were interested in Shaq before the Fekir deal fell through and I think the plan was to play Fekir AM and Shaq as cover for Salah and Mane.

Maybe would have been a different story if Shaq was costing £30-£40m, but at £12m I think we'd have signed him regardless of who else came in.

Glad the fans are cheering his name now. Seems like he's being humbled by it (and loving it obviously).
