He looked super shaky when he broke through so he must have really excelled for Fulham. Djed Spence is very talented so he is clearly off now (Spurs) and I expect at much more than Neco

He's too good to be playing the odd cup game for us. His proper breakthrough was when the whole team were playing badly so he got a raw deal really. Good luck to him, he'll do well I think.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

Be interesting to see how he does at Forest given he looks like being part of a back line that will almost all be new to the club.
Think they are buying a new CB, RB and LB.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Yeah, plus he cut his teeth on our style, which is all about knowing when to get up and get back depending on the play, but being much more attacking. That's going to be an interesting back line for the first part of the season!Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostBe interesting to see how he does at Forest given he looks like being part of a back line that will almost all be new to the club.

I only saw bits of his games for Wales and he looked decent. Obviously getting some regular games and with the reduced intensity he was able to show his ability with less pressure.

The CB they got from Mainz is pretty good alright though.
Expectations at Forest will be much lower than with us so just surviving the seson would be seen as a massive win for them.
Their style of play reads like it would suit him, and the fact he looks likely to be a RWB with three CBs behind him will allow him some leeway when it comes to tracking back.
Just reading this on Forest's style of play.

Yeah true he’ll probably be happier now to be playing in a lesser side than just a few cup games here & there or hoping that TAA gets injured so he can get a run with us. All the best to the lad. I hope we have a sel on clause to make a few extra ££’s if he kicks on.Originally posted by labourRed View PostHalf of a Mane is some deal for us. On the other hand he showed a lot of potential for Fulham.
I think the defensive issues he had did it for him, also we all know the club rarely drop the ball. Good luck to him though.

I didnt rate him when he first came in, but I think this just shows you how quickly players can develop from kids into good players given the right opportunity. I would have liked to see him given a chance, as he has the eught style and attributes to play as a wingback, but it is good business, and In Klopp we Trust. In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.
