Even when he's not playing well, he will always be a get a chance as his movement is world class. His general play has been a bit off since his injury but he has been outstanding overall this season.

I was only watching sporadically as I was either getting ready for work & then driving to work but he didn’t seem to be leading the press I thought. Is that fair to say or was he just off the pace when I did see him?

I agree. Both Diaz and Jota struggled to get any traction in the first half.

That's probably testament to how Arsenal played.

I thought Jota was the best suited to playing centrally when Bobby isn’t in the side but now I’m not so sure. It seems we’ve got 4 players more suited to playing out wide & Bobby the only central option at present. I know Sadio has filled in in the centre recently but he’s best out wide with more space imo.

I still have a sneaky suspicion that Elliott will start to learn that position.

I thought it was probably his worst performance for Liverpool but he scored his most important goal.

Not much was coming off for him but he stuck at it and that goal could win us the title come the end of the season.
