Hear me out first but I think Nunez would make a rather good midfielder, the same way Joelinton was converted from attack to midfield.

He's strong, can pass well, runs like a *******, and his positional discipline has gone up a level this season.

His touch is decent when standing skill. Unfortunately his biggest attribute is his pace and strength, which dont gel so well. Still a decent option from the bench. If Jota wasnt as injury pron, I dont even think it would be a massive problem.

Perhaps we should buy Chris Wood? His shooting accuracy is the best in the league the past two seasons. He would be getting well above 40 goals in our team, imho... Only draw back is he is 33. He could pick out cardigan designs with Mo, though.

Took his goal well last night. Hopefully gives him a bit of confidence.

It shows how far off the pace Nunez has been that people are praising him for that finish last night.

The absolute minimum you'd expect from your number 9 in that situation is a goal.

Yes, I agree. He was also massively helped by the keeper slipping just before he placed his shot.

So two different angles, and neither show him actually hitting the bauble.
