Great summary! I've not watched tons of him, but he always seems to be causing havoc down the left, with multiple ways to beat a man and (I think) being quite two footed

But have never seen him tracking back so no idea on that front

Probably not seen him play any more than you have to be fair, but think I have not seen him track back a lot either. Though I suppose he tracks back or does not track back about as much as a "regular" winger.

Think he sometimes tries to take his dribbles to extremes as well with how many men he tries to beat though I guess that comes from a mix of a high level of confidence coupled with excellent dribbling ability.

Maybe the fact Hernandez is usually behind him on the left flank and with Hernandez being so quick to get up and down the flank, he thinks the LB will cover it. Hernandez is almost a winger himself at times the way he goes past players and joins attacks. If he was a couple years younger I would have loved to have seen us try for him as an eventual Robertson replacement.

It's not even that for me.

For me it is a case that I don't have massive confidence in any of the four I named being more likely to score (or assist) than to not do so, and for me I would not be upset with selling any of them if it meant a new attacker coming in.

It is not a case of slag the other three to protect Nunez or anything childish like that. It is just a matter of how I would be happy to sell any of the four, whichever brought in the most money, if it meant that new attacker being got.

Salah is the only guy in our attack that I feel like he can score on a good day or on a bad day. The rest are all hit and miss.

Salah has been on a great run of form recently, you have to imagine that will dip at some point this season, so when that happens we need the other guys to pick up the slack or we will start dropping points

Who would you upgrade Diaz for and expect them to turn into Salah/Mane?

I have been a bit sceptical of Diaz' goal return in previous seasons it's been at the level of about 1 in 4. This season he has started much better and while he has had a bit of a drought recently his record is still about 1 in 2 if he can keep up that rate for the rest of the season those would be Mane type numbers (Mane averaged 20 goals a season at a rate of 1 every 2.2 games). If he could be posting those types of numbers every year I'd be happy with that.

He’s got a v bad reputation, supposed to be a prime YouTube player but zero graft. He has talent to burn but in the PL you need more

Would not surprise me at all to see Nunez go to a league like La Liga and just tear it up there. Do think he gets more crticism than he deserves most of the time but at the same time I think he (and maybe a couple other attackers in the team to be fair) are very much in the last chance saloon stage of their Liverpool careers.

Liverpool manager Arne Slot has defended striker Darwin Nunez ahead of the game against Fulham this weekend.
Nunez has scored just three goals for the Reds this season but Slot says he brings more than goals to the side.
