We’ve seen that finish from him before tbf. Rangers last season, Burnley last month.

Yes, he’s done it before but not often enough. He needs consistency. The Burnley one was from much further out though. The ones where he’s 1-on-1 with the keeper is where the ability to just pass/roll it past the keeper will really benefit him.

Yes, I thought he was excellent yesterday, very composed for that goal. More of that please!

That's what you want from him, not everything has to be helter skelter el smasho. He was very good in the 2nd half and looked composed and sharp. He's an instinctual striker and it's when he plays on pure instinct and doesn't have time to overthink, we seem to see his best stuff.

So pleased for us of course naturally but so pleased for him too as all the strikers have that bit of extra pressure on them without Mo in the side
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He was brilliant yesterday - the celebrations show how much it means to him. 100% agree with the last few posts here about consistency and seeing the best of him when it's flowing naturally.

Is this not what he always does just before skying a few from a metre out from an empty net?

We are fully aware that one swallow does not make an orgy Malswine and absolutely expect it to be business as usual on here shortly

Alot will be made of this and statistically it's correct, but the first 2 were from shots on target that were pushed onto the bar/post by the keeper.

He was good tonight, another night he has a hat trick. He doesn't stop, even if things aren't going his way.

100% convinced hes just showing off with all the post hits now. Not even Rojas or Tartt could challenge him.

He has 11 goals and has hit the woodwork was it 12 or 13 times this season, if the goal was a few percent bigger he could be on 20 odd goals, fine margins...

Does it really count as him hitting the post when his shot was pushed on to the post by the keeper? Seems unfair. That left footed effort was great. He doesn’t usually scuff the ball like that, he’s so clean with his hits most of the time.
