Yep. He’s just got to keep it down for **** sake. Impossible to not at least hit the target and if he does that it’s 100% a goal.Originally posted by Irishnev View PostModifying post.

Not quite, it was still at an angle but yes he should still have scored. Jota should have buried his chance as well, equally as poor.Originally posted by kemm1 View PostDarwin had an open goal.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. 10000000% Jota scores the chance Nunez missed. Jota doesn’t miss those.Originally posted by kingfunk View PostJota’s miss was worse, at least you know what you get with Darwin and he’s always available. Reckon he will be gone in the summer anyway, no need for another onslaught.Modifying post.

Difference is Jota would be odds on to score Darwin's chance. Jota's miss was terrible because you would expect him to hit the target. Darwin's miss was all the more annoying, because - certainly I - would expect him to miss. And he did. I've nothing against the lad, but he just isn't good enough and he just keeps proving it.Originally posted by Slinky Skills View PostNot quite, it was still at an angle but yes he should still have scored. Hmm, ok. But I don't think anyone wants to make him worse; I for one - and I'm sure most people on this thread - would love to see him do well. He's just not good enough, and sometimes people get frustrated about that. Pretty sure that no-one actually wants him to come to harm..Originally posted by Harv View PostI was just joining in kicking him while he's down. Did I do it wrong?

Fairplay for defending players but benchmarking against other **** won't do us any favours.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View PostBloody hell. The lad had just come on. Jota on the first half was worse.
It"s the scenario we've feared for a long time. Decisive moment, need him to score and he's incapable. He was fresh against tired defence and just had to hit the target. We drew the game for many reasons but obvs you need strikers to do their job when the moment arrives or you never win anything.
