Also, Jaco, has there ever been a fighter with the hand speed/power and movement of Ali? I cannot think of anyone.

Ray Robinson is the one that comes to mind. I think he was a purer boxer/fighter than Ali. He may have been the best boxer/fighter of all time in terms of ring ability. He could box sweetly, he could brawl and fight, he couyld take shots, he could knock guys out. He had the lot. I had an old tape of him training at home, may even be buried in the loft somewhere, but his training methods and the manner in which he carried them out is breathtaking. He was decades ahead of his time.

Roy Jones Jnr had a great combination of blurring hand speed and knock out power too, and movement was another strong point of his.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Yeah, something about paying Bazza a tenner and having the greatest time ever.

Why thank you Mike, as charming as ever I see
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
