Perhaps I've missed your point. I like Ricky Hatton the fighter no football rivalry comes into it.

Hatton has only come onto the radar over here in the US in the past year maybe. I really am not into boxing so much but it's be fun listening to the hype on here about Hatton. My mates who are into watching 'Big Fights' over here in the US could probably tell you nothing about Hatton. I know he likes Man City so that to me means he probably doesn't like Man Utd. That's why I could find a reason to root for him. I knew Mayweather is the man but I was trying to find a reason to like Hatton. He get's no hype over here.

He's a ****ing joke. He holds the WBC belt that he won when it was vacant he's never beaten a world champion in his life and believe me, never will.

Despite holding onto that title he's a paper champion. He's fighting in front of a half full Doncaster Dome that onl holds 2,000 people. He can't even sell a ticket.
