48hrs in and it's been eventful. Last night I had stomach cramps and then the ****s. Today I've not had a **** at all.
Breakfast - 2 eggs with broccoli spears
Lunch - small Caesar salad with half a dozen anchovies on top
Dinner - Buffalo wings with blue cheese dip and celery stalk
Drinking only water and herbal tea. Don't feel at all lethargic. Roll on tomorrow
