Its a tough one as Cyborg is much more experienced than Rousey and has better stand up. She'll also be, by a long long way, the best ground/jiu jitsu fighter Rousey will have faced and she wont be as easy to armbar as everybody else has been.

Without the armbar and being able to dominate on the ground, Rousey will struggle. Such a tough call to make, but i think Rousey edges it.

100% Aldo wins- Aldo is an absolute beast- I know its a YouTube highlight but look at the calibre of fighters he is beating comfortably, and look at his skill and sheer levels of violence- he beat up urijah faber so bad that he couldn't stand up at the end of the fight- and Faber beats McGregor comfortably IMO.

Some of those small hall shows at the beginning looked brutal.

I just find MMA a bit of a rort. I love watching it. But when you compare this to boxing the purses the fighters are receiving is piss weak. Yet PPV is just as dear and seems to be as popular these days.

They're a very exploitative organisation if you're not a Rousey or JBJ with external income.

MMA, in the modern version, has existed for 20 years now?

Its doing well compared to boxing which is like a 100 years old. Once Mayweather goes, so does the money.

Its "existed" since UFC 1 in 1993- but has only really be somewhat mainstream since 2005 and the first series of The Ultimate Fighter. Its a baby compared to boxing and its undeniable that it makes nowhere close for an event, although its growing massively

McGregor's antics really are getting tiresome. I know it's part of the sell, but I can't stand the guy. Hope Aldo destroys him. I'm Irish, he's Irish and apparently if you don't like him you're considered a "hater" or "jealous" ...... nothing about the fact that he's a complete and utter bell end.

Same here, apart from the being Irish part. Used to quite like him but he's shown himself to be a complete dick
