Enjoyed the chap from Boart-land who won the road race blanking the BBC interviewer when she asked him about the tactics employed against the GB team

Is that the best you can do BBC? 'Yeah well done for winning mate but come on it wasn't really fair on the GB lads, perhaps you could have gone easier and let them win?'

Thought the same. We've done an amazing job with the Olympics thus far but please don't go TeamGBcentric on every competitor's ass FFS.

Beach volleyball is a ridiculous sport isn't it

Particularly liking the tatical part, where the girls signal too each other prior to serve... Cunning finger signals, while the cameraman focuses on their arse
That and the girls hugging in slo-mo after winning a point are my olympic highlights so far...

As a spectator sport maybe, but I've actually been thinking (as part of my realisation that I'm getting old and need to do some exercise because I'm spectacularly unfit) for a while now about maybe getting a bike. Problem is I don't know where I'd ride it (nor do I know anyone else who goes on rides). The thought of riding on the roads with loads of cars scares me somewhat So does that mean I should get a mountain bike and go "off terrain"?

I don't know why I'm asking you though. Neil? Advice please.
