Back to tell us how everyone is ducking him and how he would spark Wlad and anyone else that stood in his way. How he is a warrior and that he is going to destroy anyone that stands in front of him.

Then he gets put in with a live heavyweight and starts to break speed records for moving backwards.

Rated him highly at cruiserweight but nothing special in a heavyweight division that is so so.

I wonder will it be. Invidually they are talented guys with some very sweet technique, but they are both switch hitters and they are both natural southpaws.

On paper two fluid switch hitters meeting should lend to a very easy on the eye clash, but is often the case that it turns into a stilted stop go affair as the similar styles fail to mesh.

Hard enough fight to call though. Dirrell has been in with a higher calibre of fighter than De Gale, but De Gale has been the far more active fighter over the past five years.

Would probably go with Dirrell as he is a lovely technician and has that hint of a mean streak when he needs it.

It will be a stinker, an intriguing stinker mind. And thankfully it's on in the evening UK time rather than 4-5am despite it being in the US.

Carl Froch: WBA champion to pursue acting career

WBA super-middleweight champion Carl Froch is set to take his first steps on the road to Hollywood stardom while he considers his future in boxing.

Froch, 37, will make his screen debut in a film called Once Upon a Time In London.

The Nottingham fighter has consulted industry legends such as Samuel L Jackson for tips and said he will play a "tough guy or a villain".

"I'll probably be chucking someone in the River Thames," said Froch.

Froch, who admits he is "in a bit of a dilemma" whether he should continue his boxing career, would not be the first fighter to swap the sweat of the gym for the glare of the camera.

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson played a cameo role in recent Hollywood hit The Hangover, while Irish former middleweight champion Steve Collins held a minor part in Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.

"I'm by no stage of the imagination an actor, I don't think you're listening to the next Robert De Niro," Froch told BBC Radio 5 live.

"[Former footballer] Vinnie Jones did well out of it, I think [former Commonwealth diver] Jason Statham did well from no real experience and they've gone on to have good careers. It's as simple as that.

"When I was on the Jonathan Ross Show I met Sir Ben Kingsley - acting royalty - I've met Samuel L Jackson, Michael Douglas. I've been talking to them and asking how they got into it. Nobody became a superstar overnight. I'm an elite fighter and an international superstar but I've got to start somewhere.

"A lot of the time they play themselves, so that was the advice: be yourself."

Froch, who has 33 wins from 35 fights, last competed when he knocked out George Groves at Wembley Stadium in May 2014.

He has since appeared on BBC gymnastics show Tumble and said he was envious of former Manchester United striker Dion Dublin, who has landed a role presenting Homes under the Hammer.

He vacated the IBF world title earlier this year and fellow Briton James DeGale will now fight American Andre Dirrell for the belt on 23 May.

Froch added: "The only two things left for me to do would be to fight at the Nottingham Forest City Ground that'll hold 30,000 and they'll be all loyal my fans, or in Las Vegas.

"[Mexico's] Julio Cesar Chavez Junior is fighting in April and that's a fight that could still happen for me in August or September."

You can listen to Carl Froch's interview on BBC 5 live in short.

So he will be looking for roles that call for a complete and utter bellend.

**** off Froch, your Hollywood "career" will be like that of David Haye. All bull**** talk about an acting career and then when nobody wants you, you will be back talking about how you are going to "shake up the division"

Imagine him acting?! Christ, he's as stiff as they come infront of a camera. He could barely win an argument with George Groves on tv.

Well Kell Brook got rid of Jo Jo Dan pretty easy. I think I have a harder time putting the bins out on a Thursday morning.

Made it look easy didn't he. I'd like to see Khan vs Brook now and Ive not changed my opinion that Brook will win it.

World Champ Kell Brook having a pop at Khan for trying to find easier opponents as he just beats the great fighter that is Jo Jo Dan. You couldn't make this **** up.

Tbf to Brook it was his mandatory defence. Complete joke of a challenger but that's down to the IBF.

I like Khan but he's got to be the king at waiting on the big fights but not getting it. A fight with Brook makes perfect sense. I get the feeling Khan sees it as a risky fight because he knows if he loses to Kell there is no chance he'll get the Mayweather or Pacquiao fight.
