it appears my weather forecasting from liverpool was correct and that manchester is now under the rain we had all morning
I give it another 35 minutes and it will clear up - maybe add another 10 mins for them to get ready before they go out
its been pretty dry here now for about an hour and from my view on top of a hill in bootle it's pretty clear and i can see right out over the mersey/wirral and beyond
