Definitely - obviously use your own judgement, don't slip and break your neck but i run on trails with my nimbus's which are pretty similar to the Kayanos and they're absolutely fine - held up in this weather on the trails. I find trail shoes are better for really muddy hilly conditions - each to there own though

I'm running between 5K and 10K at the moment although just the 5K on the treadmill.
Definitely the monotony of it, running in the same spot is just so dull, especially if you're use to the roads. Even though there's give on treadmills i still find my joints take a pounding!

Gave it a miss last night, the hailstorm put me off. Going to do parkrun tomorrow morning though. The last one of every month they have a team of pacemakers doing it, you just follow the person with the time you want to hit. Going to try and stick like glue to the person with 25 on their back

You're as bad as a Scum fan - always showing your unwelcome face at the worst time. Like that stubborn oversized turd that just won't flush.
So angry. A side-effect of pumping yourself full of magic monkey steroid juice?

A nice run a lunchtime will calm you right down.

Not angry - where are the grr or rant smileys eh? Eh?

Just slightly puzzled by your infatuation with us resistance athletes.

I find your "monkey" comment rather racialist & will be reporting you to moderator Neil "Red Setter" Young when he returns.

Soak in a bucket or stick them in the washing machine on a low temperature with no detergent. However, if you're going back running in the same place, I wouldn't bother

Did you do exactly that distance just to sneak into the lead? You did didn't you? Great run though

That's me done until Tuesday though probably.

                            Good work Pablo

Re the distance, nope it was pure luck. I drove to what I thought was a flat trail and ran until the trail ended. I did spittle detour still not knowing how far I would go. Tomorrow is different though, I know exactly how far I have to run and the route to do it
