Awesome - good luck and try to enjoy the occasion - I've always wanted to do a London Marathon! I've done 6 now - did my 1st at 46 - its addictive but also a killer physically on the body - hoping to do a final one next year for my 60th but its getting harder to get all the k's in months after month without niggling injuries. Cheers

Kipchoge hasn't got to be concerned about his new record

Not even close to being pear shaped with a 50 to 52 inch chest
I'm pretty thin now though compared to how I used to look given I have lost a few stone of muscle the past few years.

I have worked my way back up to about 14.5 stone, maybe a litle more, with a 36 inch waist like yourself and I feel like I am hugely underweight/undersized and still cannot get used to how I look in the mirror.
Put on one of my old compression tops yesterday and it now fits like a regular tshirt instead of clinging to my chest and shoulders.

I'm still well over weight at 14st and a size 36" waist but I have noticed very slightly that my clothes aren't as tight

Jokes aside, one of my sisters was 17st and is only 5'. She became an injecting diabetic and ended up have bariatric surgery. She was told she'd never be able to eat big meals again but tested that daily and now eats **** without putting on any weight.
Lazy cow does no exercise and thinks that being diabetes free is the winner here. Such a shame
