I miss my Fitbit Iconic, it displayed exactly the stats that motivated me to exercise and keep moving. Sleep stats were the best in the business too.

I currently wear an Apple Watch SE and while it's an excellent smar****ch, it's not really the motivator I thought it would be compared to the Fitbit.

I have the Galaxy Watch 2. My interest in a tech/fitness interface is fairly limited. It's bang on for running which is what I mainly use it for fitness wise. It's also waterproof.

Played my first post-lockdown 5 a side last night.

I say played, loosely. I've never been older, slower, and rarely less fit. Shambles.

I incurred the wrath of our football group's very own Angry Chris. He just about stopped short of calling me a vole c*nt though. The vole c*nt.

    I have a Garmin vivoactive 3 music.

Supports paypass, stores music, connects to headsets via Bluetooth. Cuts down the crap you need to carry.

And it's also a fairly smart looking watch.

Used it again this morning and whether real or not my back seems to be getting better. Could just be that it's getting better because I've stopped running
Cheers I ordered the official one. If it doesn't work its definitely your fault

As my mountain bike is ****ed, I've taken to walking and hiking up a 200m high hill. Quite enjoying that and also beginners calisthenics.

Once you've got the bug again it becomes easier though right? It's getting over that initial desire to **** it off. There's always a few bumps in the road, but you've got this

I did 3 weeks of it. But my shoes feel apart, I went over on my ankle and I just never regained the momentum.

You have however made me think I need to get out there and make myself feel good about myself again. My MH has been poor recently, I have sat in and isolated myself more from the world.

Ill resolve to do more tonight.
Just getting out there and doing something will help free your mind
