Ohh also looking for some new trainers, as these old reliables are about to give up the ghost.

I am pretty tight on Budget at the moment. So does anyone know of any around the £40 mark that are good all rounders?

This website is usually pretty well priced.

I've filtered the price range to between £30 - £50

You should just about be able to get some decent ones on that budget. These aren't bad: http://www.sportsdirect.com/nike-dua...lcode=12119690

I've found my Nike Pegasus 28s to be pretty good, nicely cushioned for a fatso like me.

You might be able to get a pair of Pegasus 29s for under £50 if you hunt hard enough.

I think the competition made me stay out longer last night, so yeah it is good motivation.

Achilles is just *there* at the moment, it isn't getting worse but the slight, dull ache hasn't gone away either.

Plan for the rest of this week is try and head out either Wednesday or Thursday evening and hope to complete the parkrun on Saturday morning - technically February but it'll mean I might be out in front for a few hours!

No sooner has Lee moved up then he is shifted back into the relegation places.

Think Slinky 'All the gear no idea' Skills has that sown up.

I take it we're adding up all the runs in to one figure here right?

Straight back to 2nd bottom where he belongs

                            It's a bloody disgrace.

Not all of us can find time to run around all day long.

Come on Slinky just a 7km required to bump Lee down to rock bottom! Just imagine you're stalking some beautiful young blonde around the park or something.

I'm not sure Slinky running around with his dick in hand is going to add another 7km+ to his total.
