I ended up getting drunk on Saturday cos I was buzzing about Suarez, got a takeaway pizza at 1am, hungover the next day and couldn't be ****ed yesterday. Back on it today.

Do you think its working mate? I definatly do, feeling like Im eating enough and also have plenty of energy. I haven't changed much really apart from not eating Chocolate and fired stuff.

I have also re-discovered a love for Cottage Cheese

Same I lost 6lb. First 2 weeks are always big losses. Its when it comes to the weeks after and it becomes a case of 2 off 1 on. Certainly works though, Ive even reactivated my old Gym membership.

I cant belive how much I have slipped. I used to be in there 4 or 5 times a week. I even had a bit of definition. Think it all went to Pot when I met Dot 4 years ago. Women ruin everything.

the weigh****chers microwave meals are quite good, 250/300 calories in each so you can have breakfast and then 4 of them during the day and come to 1500 calories

so today I can have spag bol, lasagne, chicken curry and a fish pie pound each in some places as well

Yes, it's good to get all the essential food groups covered each day:
              • Pasta
              • Curry
              • Pie
              Oh I don't know.

Had my first weigh-in after starting properly last week and I've lost 4lb, really pleased with that so far.

Nice one mate, itll start to slow down soon though. Thats the hardest part, not seeing a change form one week to the next.

Been doing it 3 weeks and have lost 9lbs. Down the gym again tonight too.

I started running - couch to 5K - 2 weeks ago and have cut down on my calorie intake. Not drinking any significant alcohol either. I weighed myself today after 2 weeks and I haven't lost a single lb. WTF is all that about.
