Can't get anything for that price round here so I am waiting for The Gym to open near us in November £12 a month and open 24 hours.
Sounds like Pure Gym which is who I've been with for the past 2 years. Started getting very busy recently, but they have expanded the place.

Thing is, any gym you join will be packed at peak times so you're best avoiding those slots if you can. These Pure Gym places are massive though and have much more equipment (cardio particularly) than other gyms, so although there might be more people you should still get through your routine no bother outside of busy times. The other gyms I was at which were much more expensive, I had a lot more bother getting near machines.

Besides, at the price it is and no contract obligation, you may as well check it out and see how busy it is.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Played Squash at 6.30 this morning. Tough getting up, but felt great after. Bit tired now though. May have to have a snooze at my desk. (watching the tennis didnt help matters)

My Brother in Law was saying yesterday, the more exercise you do, the less tired you feel after it, and generally you have more energy. So itll pay off soon.

Green Tea extract. Anyone recommend it? I am getting tired of drinking 5 cups of the stuff a day.

In fact, as an extension to that question. What supplements/vitamins do people take?

Im currently doing 5 days a week exercise. But I just find my energy levels are low. Same with my immune system at the moment. I take Multi Vits. Good to see what others are doing too.

How much sleep do you get?

7hours or so a night. I think its my diet to be honest, well I am almost sure it is. I have recently cut out, White Bread, White Pasta and White Rice. Feel a little different. But its a big change for me. I was nearly 20st when I started out I'm on 18st now. But its a long journey to get where I want to be.

I think hard work is the key. But its always nice to have a nudge with the supplements I guess.

Aliment fish oil. It's the best and very reasonable in price. Phd protein after working out, or as a rare meal replacement.

A personal trainer I know swears by coconut oil. It can boost your metabolism hugely. He quite often has a spoon full of that sprinkled with cinnamon for breakfast. He's ran half marathons on that. Absolutely swears by it.

I just bought a tub off amazon by biona. Meant to be one of the best out there.
