    As mentioned earlier by Alex i think...kettle bells are good for wrist strength,they are unstable so you naturally use your wrists (and other muscles) to stabilize them..also the good ones have a really wide grip which strengthens your wrists better than most things I have tried..

      If they give you pain, try taking Glucosamine Sulphate & Omega 3.

      Powerballs are pretty cool aye.

      Try using climbing chalk for your deads- makes gripping stuff easier. (I used to get up to 200K without needing those straps pre-back injury).

        They're like those Fat Grips you get to put on normal weights.

          Think I will start taking some supplements. Started taking some cod liver oil again recently as my joints have been very sore but I’ve heard a few people saying about glucosamine.

          Ha ha, just hurt my wrist trying to twist a plastic connector off the cleaner's hoover. :0

            They certainly help. You can sit watching tv while doing it. It can be tricky to get the hang of them, I'm right handed but better on my left hand which is strange. (That sounds wrong ) a mate from work fractured his hand playing football and was doing some rehab by squeezing a tennis ball. I lent him the powerball and he was very pleased with the results.

                  I think Adidas is the only thing I am a bit of a brand whore for. I love Adidas trainers and the clothes. I like all of the more retro looking stuff too. But its maybe due to wanting to be in the Beastie Boys.

                    Think I will give this ago as it should compliment my gym exercises well, even if I don’t master the movement.

                      I'm the opposite in that I love all the technical modern gear. Doing my daily workout ATM, 4k on the Concept2 then half an hour on a recumbent bike. Most important part of my workout is to get some banging Euro dance blasting out. Probably opening myself up for a ribbing but DJ Encore's Intuition cd is seriously motivating for me
