That's fair enough. I think you're being sensible which is a good option.
As Diana and the baby are away for 17 days I'm trying to run 75km while they're gone. It equates 12 6km runs. It's going to be fairly tough I think, but some of the runs I do will be over 10km so that should give me the odd extra rest day.

) and the Adidas MiCoach app which tracks GPS route with elevation, pace, distance and time. Once home it syncs with the Adidas MiCoach website and I get a score. Anyway, whether it's the weather or something else, I noticed that Johnny Wilkinson wasn't giving me my 1/4mile updates and it really kicked me off sync. I stopped to check the GPS which wasn't recording properly and that killed any momentum I thought I had. Then I realised that Sam's Town was playing through my headset and I had to stop to put on Meteora
What it does tell me is that I was no faster than when I ran twice the distance earlier this week.
