25mins is a good target, I think my runs work out to about a 27:30 for 5k.
Good luck!
Ta!
I've printed out the barcode - no doubt I'll forget to take it home with me!
25 minutes might be pushing it, I did 4km on Monday night and it was so easy and smooth I think the excitement of running around a deserted park on a Saturday morning might see me through.James Philip Milner Fanclub #1

Exercise, training. 1 hour on the the cross country trainer and 1 hour rowing :rocj
I am now on the former, it could be a marathon session

Good work Chubby- some abs creeping out there!
(Ahh **** off Bitters).
My old training mate came back form Sweden yesterday for a coupla days & we had a training sesh for old time's sake. He got a new pb on deadlift - 265K (my pb is 200 but not tried since my injury). After my heavy squats, I finished off my sesh with repping 125k to failure- got 10. Might post me video at some point so you can laugh at how fat I look sticking my belly out.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I went to Vegas in October & ever since then I have pigged out with little or no exercise. I went from 15st (which was all 6'2 of me looking good, albeit with room for improvement) to 16.6st when weighed yesterday!!!! ****.
Plus in the middle of that massive pig out I hurt my l5s1 disk again.
That was pretty much the incentive I needed to hit the exercise/healthy eating again so from today I do 90 mins cardio, 30 mins strength 6 days from 7 until I hit 14st dead.
Should be sometime around end of March I reckon.
The early morning session this morning, which was also my forst day back in after Xmas, nearly killed me!
Just finished the evening one now & feel pretty good!
Its so easy to fall into bad habits again!

I've put on best part of a stone since running the bristol half as a result of my week off to reward my efforts turning into 3 months of no exercise and pigging out on too much booze and bad food.
Day 1 of the 5:2 diet started today and was surprisingly ok aside from the headache. Back into the running tomorrow (after fueling) with the aim of getting back to 12 stone by March.
