Cheers Rowan. I've probably got 7 or so months left in my current shoes and so will shop for something neutral next time. Do Asics or even Adidas have an equivalent?

I think the wave riders are possibly the best trainers I've had for with standing high mileage. Pretty comfy too but not as much as the boosts wereA lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Did it last year but Completly ruined it by stopping as soon as I finished the plan.
