Thanjk you.

Saw my osteo last night & he was very pleased with my progress-especially given the hammering I've been giveing my body of late. Structurally I am fine, but a lot of my muscles were "very unhappy" as he puts it so he spent ages massaging them out & told me not to train while tomorrow.
PTP - Just wanted to say thank you for the posts you put on a few days ago encouraging me to go running as soon as I get in from work.
I'm not feeling too good at the moment and have a bit of a cold too so not feeling up for doing anything right now however, as soon I'm feeling better I'm going to do exactly what you advised and that is to head off out as soon as I'm home, before I've had anything to eat or any time to settle so I will take the advice on board.
I've been ill mate there's not much I can do if I'm not feeling well.
Today's the first day I've actually felt better. Been cycling in all week apart from Tuesday which was my day off.
Did what PTP advised today and went straight out as soon as I got home. Was kitted out anyway as I had my bike gear so went off for a 20 minute run, felt very heavy legged and hungry but did it. Actually felt ok towards the tail end of the run so going to try and get into the habit of doing that from now on.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
I've been doing some bodyweight core exercises for a few weeks to get myself in shape and now I've started doing some upright rows (barbell), shoulder presses (dubmbells) and squats. I will need a bench soon I reckon otherwise I will injure myself trying to get the bar on my back plus I can't do any chest exercises. Pressups are doing the trick right now.
Good start mate. Shoulder presses are more functional than bench anyways. You wanna grab yourself a pull-up bar too. You can get cheap ones that sit between door frames. Not sure their weight limit but I used to have one 17 years and 4 stone ago & they do the trick ok.
Leg / shoulder day
-barbell squat
-leg press
-leg curl
-calf raise
-shoulder press
-shrugs
-barbell upright row
-Dumbbell front raise
Chest / abs day
-bench press
-dumbbell press
-cable fly down
-cable fly up
-decline bench press
-push ups
-various abs exercise
Back day
-lat pull down
-wide grip pull up
-dumbbell seated reverse fly
-dumbbell bent over row
-closed row
(Various lower back exercise included with abs)
Arms day
-tricep dips
-skull crushers
-tricep push downs (bar and rope)
-dumbbell tricep overhead extention
-pull ups
-seated barbell preacher curl
-reverse bicep curl (bar)
-And the killer bicep exercise, isolate one bicep and freeze in mid curl whilst curling the opposite bicep and swap
-standing barbell curls
I do legs-arms-chest-back-rest day. 3/4 x 10 reps or to failure. This and a good diet gets me good results. Play football once a week but no other cardio.
i had loads of stuff to take with me, so couldn't fit my running gear in. Plus whilst away i ate crap(except for the carribbean ) and drank a few pints
went to footy last night and all that on top of a 5 hour drive meant i literally wobbled around for an hour
so really need/want a healthy eating weekend with a good bit of exercise

more importantly slinks - how did you feel later on in the evening - say 8pm once you've recovered, showered and sitting down - did you feel better mentally as well as a bit fresher?
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
I have asked myself that a few times lol, no reason really! I'm now off to do back day so I'm gonna throw it in today.
Haha, just you seemed to have everything else covered in a lot of detail. Not sure my range of exercises is as broad as that.
I have back & deads today too. And maybe shoulders which I had to miss yesterday as the osteo told me to rest. Either that or squeeze them in tomorrow, am not drinking too much tonight.
