Well done Alex on C25K. I reckon your a runner from week 7 onwards when your doing 25 minutes. I've been volunteering each Sunday at an organised C25K as a marshall , basically running with the people and providing some pace and motivation. It started with 140 people in week 1 and there are still about 70 turning up for week 7.

I managed a 5k this morning and started a triathlon class this afternoon, which killed me, and included another 5k - so 10K today in total.

Back in the saddle, a nice and steady 9.3km yesterday morning in the sunshine. Part of the circuit was on a towpath of the Derwent, lovely spot. Ended up getting a bit lost which added about a 1.5km onto the total.

Cold is still lingering and my knee was sore for an hour or so afterwards but at least its kms under my belt.

You're making this tough RoadEnd! Nice 6.6km done in the sun, at times it was hot!

Well on the way to surpassing 100km this month with runs planned for tomorrow, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. If all goes to plan I will be at 60km+ at the end of the week.
