Some ****er deleted my last run so I was unsure as to whether I was barred from the table! So I've 2 to add

See I don't get that ****. At 23.6% I am close to obese, but I am nowhere near that in real life. I carry a wee bit of excess weight, but a lot less than most.

How did you measure it Robo? When you have a lot of lean mass the reading can be inaccurate. You have to have it measured by somebody with the correct equipment.
