Nice 9k canter around the park this morning in the sun

Had a cold since last Tuesday. My 3rd of the year so far! The always go onto my chest with Asthma, so running is basically off the table until it clears up. Hopefully by the end of the week.

Unlucky Alex. Not to worry. I've had a cold since Thursday too, but it's only been a head cold so I've been running pretty much unimpeded really. In fact I think the running helps clear it strangely.

Couldn't quite make 4 miles, was knackered. Managed 3.93 miles tonight but average pace was quicker at least at 10:16 minute mile. Not great but getting there slowly.

I'm not a big runner, but I made myself run to shops an back earlier and, so I'm gonna go ahead and stick my distance in here and hopefully it'll motivate me to beat it.

Quality club session. Hill session in a country park. Efforts up the hills and easy down the other side. Punishing 10k but awesome weather and excellent crack. Still a hateful course though
