Just don't seem to be getting any fitter, constantly have to pull up with aching muscles all over my body.
Having lots of problems with my gammy joints and neck at the moment, feel very achy all the time. Nightmare it is.



. Still got to find a bit to break the 50 min mark, but again this was such a hilly route. I'm sure a flat 10km event with crowds and the adrenaline pumping would see me do it.
