Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
I know those two are, well I don't know for certain as I've not met either of them. But I'm sure Marina said she was actually a male.
Do you know what, come to think of it I think she said she wasn't the girl in her avatar.
Yes that's what it was, I was getting confused.

I do Chest/Biceps Monday, Shoulders Tuesday, Abs Wednesday, Legs Thursday & Back/Triceps Friday. Sat & Sun off.
After each weight session I go on the treadmill & do this:
30secs at 9.0km/h followed by 30secs at 16.0km/h. I do that for 15mins. Three mins cool down standard.
For the weights I do mostly 12, 10, 8, 6 reps, going up in weight each time if I can. For some I do 15, 12, 10 reps.
My standard diet:
Breakfast 4 rice crackers with peanut butter.
Mid chicken breast
Lunch 2 brown pittas with tuna & Salad
Mid pack of chicken
Work out
Protein shake
Dinner Chicken breast/Salmon with Veg.
Without going into details of workout and exact amounts of food etc, what would you guys think I would get out of this? Just curious is all. Mostly interested in effects of my Cardio type HIIT training after doing the weights. I know long term difficult to say as depends on what else I do during the week at work and what happens on the weekend etc.

Another 6.6km this morning. Starting to feel a bit of muscle fatigue again, it seems to build up every couple of weeks. Time for a couple of days rest I think.
Cheers! Lovely little exploratory route too - ended up on a nicely tarmacked single road through a wood between Chorlton and Wythenshawe.
Nice, how long did it take you?
I set off with the intention of doing 10km this morning. Got my first 5km done in 25 minutes then after 6km my legs just went heavy so I cut it short. Embarrassing. I think I need a few days rest. The accumulated fatigue has got me again
Does anyone else get annoyingly achy legs from running while trying to sleep in bed? I do sometimes and it drives me round the bend!
I've just treated myself to a Garmin FR10 so I can keep a better record of times and distances. Taking my phone with me was pissing me off too much - plus last time I took it out the GPS ballsed up.
Cost me about £75 from Amazon, should get it next week.
