Aye im not super strict like a calorie counter. As long as i hit my protein intake & around 300g of carbs i'll feel ok. Reassess after a few weeks and adapt numbers according to if my abs are more or less visible!

Don't do owt specifically for me neck- and it has dropped in size (or re-grown as some of my mates have said) since my shoulder injury. I just love pressing - do a few shrugs of course but nowt insane- so it responds to that when I'm fit.
I've just started to do more cable stuff cos it reduces the load on my injured shoulder, so mebbe that'll help arm growth. I'm kinda the reverse of a lot of these bicep boy clowns ( no offence Mudds) you see poncing around the gym staring at mirrors lots.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

The thing about doing arms is that the bicep is actually a smallish muscle. The tricep is a much larger muscle and that's what gives your arms the size when you're looking to fill a t-shirt sleeve. Shoulders and arms are probably my best feature in terms of physique...abs are the worst. I have them but they are under a layer of fat which is so so hard to shift. Lower ab area fat. Top 2 abs and obliques are visible but then the rest is hidden
Legs are decent enough. Can't say to me, on looks alone, that I shouldn't miss leg day as I plough on even though it's my least favourite workout.Cheers

Every time I read this thread I am inspired to do some training. Then I get home, after work and life gets in the way.
Recently I like the idea of getting into lifting, not at competitive level, just as something different to get bigger and enjoy the results. Need to motivate myself at a more basic level first.
Maybe I should read this thread once I get home, instead of during the day!

Aye, upper arm is typically 2/3 tricep in terms is muscle mass I believe. But in my case, my biceps do lag my tris quite a lot even relatively.
My shoulders are cool when uninjured. Legs are right chunky little things & my calves are very responsive to training size & definition wise- possibly a consequence of overwork due to my extremely flat feet.
Abs are defo my weak point aesthetically.
3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Lucky ****er. I got my yearly rejection letter. Going to do Edinburgh and Manchester instead I think (and Berlin if I can get in)A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
