Well, that ended prematurely. Knee pains been slowly getting worse so figured I should check with a doc instead of just pushing through, luckily my GP specialises in sports medicine.
All the years of babying my knees has left me with weak inner quads so my knees are off track when under pressure.
Going for an x-ray then will be referred to a physio and strict orders not to run until after. Can still walk and ride my bike at least.

I routed the cabling for 8 ceiling downlights and tomorrow I'm going to board the ceiling. DIY exercise FTW
