When I look at madrid these days, I get a feeling of a premiership type team rather than a spanish one, and a premiership reject type team to boot!

Oh, and has anyone ever come across a championship that noone has wanted to win so much! Neither Barca or Real can string anything together at the minute! It's a case of after you. What chance Villarreal to take the title. they are the team in form and if they manage to beat Sevilla tonight, thay may very well do just that, although to win at Sevilla is a massive ask.

Ramos is the player that keep the defense together and they don't have any out and out striker now when RvN is out injured.

What they need upfront is a player like Crouch and a better attacking playmaker than Sneijder.

They also need a better attacking playmaker. Amauri would be an excellent signing for them to take over after RvN.

All I can say is ****ING WOW. The last 20 minutes have just shown why this is the best quality league in the world. Unreal. Relegation threatened Betis humiliated and out classed by barca in a 0-2 first half only to hit back with 3 goals of the highest quality in the last 20 mins and miss a pen in that time to boot. Could you imagine middlesborough doing that to utd? Wouldn't happen in the prem! The quality in depth in the Primera liga is just brilliant to watch.

Barca should have finished it in the first half. they only have themselves to blame for taking the foot off the gas. they could have had the first half 5-0 easy.

Yeah I can see the similarities. On the one hand we have barca who were 2-0 up and lost 3-2 and on the other we have utd who were 1-0 up and draw 2-2.

Almost exactly the same except for the fact that they're totaly different but don't let that stop you from trying to get one over!

P.S. I noticed a fantastic young winger from the weekends games. Plays for Betis, think his name is Gonzalez or something. Scored two great goals, looks a right player. He was really quick, speedy even. One to keep an eye on maybe

Well Valencia won the Copa del Rey. So despite an embarrassingly poor season they will ensure Europe for next season. They really should be CL though. I still think that Koeman will get the sack regardless.
