Heskey brings nothing to the team.

I could never work out if he was either really lazy, or really stupid with his runs.

He was crap in the air, and had a poor shot.

He was also useless at making anything of his size or strength, and literally embarrased himself after every poor game he had, by putting on a pretend limp until he was subbed.

I would much rather see Crouch back. He is superior in ever way. I even think he is as quick as Heskey. Certainly has a better whot and more control. CAnt see it though, as he wont suit a one up formation.

Heskey played his first match today & his side lost 2-0. Didn't see it but the report had him down for a solitary shot at goal.

Heskey scored his 1st goal tonight for Newcastle Jets as they beat Alessandro Del Piero'Sydney FC 3-2.

Frustrating game. Sydney didnt decide to start playing until there was 30 mins left. Playing Emerton at RB is a stupidity, he is totally wasted there, he is such a good crosser of the ball. Del Piero is carrying our team at the moment, our young wide players don't use the ball well enough and our two central defenders are an utter shambles. Cant wait for Bosscaart to return...
