Yeah it's nice to actually see him play after hearing mixed opinions on here about him playing at the lower levels. From what I can remember, he was played all over the park as part of his development which could have affected his form. Whatever they did, it's worked big time. He looks amazing.

I would at the moment cause every big club will be sniffing around come Xmas if we haven't signed him.

With the focus on youth from our owners and willingness by Rodgers to play him, I would hope that they are well aware of the situation.

Better that we are sure he's the real deal and can make the step up before offering him a long term contract.

We have a player that was one of the best players in Spain U19 team that won the Euro and is getting better and better with each and every game as and we are still waiting to renew his contract that will expire in less than a year..

He's brilliant. He's so damn good, I would be gutted if we didn't have him for the long-term

Surely 20k a week and a 5yr deal will cement his decision to stay, I can't imagine anyone else would offer much more but we'll just have to match whatever is offered. We'll be securing an important asset and avoiding shelling out a fortune in transfer fees. The money men at the top will hopefully have the same thinking
