    Just checked:

    Valdes: 10 caps
    Reina: 26 caps.

Reina has normally been the number 2.

Defo, it's always been Reina then Valdes.

Reina played a group game in the world cup or euro championships, not sure which one but it was after they'd won their group.

I wouldn't sell him yet cos we need someone excellent to replace him and I'm not seeing too many candidates out there. Work on getting him back to form and cutting out mistakes, he's not alone on that score either, far from it, the defence as a whole has had too many mistakes in it this season.

A United lad I know was ridiculing Del Bosque for "clearly having his favourites" because he'd picked Reina over De Gea for this squad
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

You could argue that due to the defence he faces more shots at him though.

I guess you could. But makes the point about choosing between them for the same position in the same team less funny.

A solid defence makes a keeper look better IMO. When we had sami and carra in his prime we were solid at the back and pepe got alot more protection.

A solid midfield makes a defence look better. When we had a dominant midfield with the likes of Gerrard/Hamman/Alonso/Mascherano/Sissoko the defence got a lot more protection.

I think the midfield is a lot better at defending than it was. Set pieces though...... Terrible, especially coming from a Mourinho disciple.
                      Forwards.......

A solid attack means you don't give a **** about anything. See Man Utd.

Marca are claiming Gladbach's Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has agreed to move to Barcelona on a four-year-deal in the summer.
