And we sell him to a direct rival, everyone goes bat****..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I misread your numbers. Apologies.Originally posted by Leyton388 View PostWho said anything about £12m? Do you seriously think there would be no takers for Reina if he was put up for sale? Arsenal have been sniffing round him like a fly on a turd for years.

Disappointed by this move at so many different levels.Originally posted by souliv View PostDefinitely a wage cutting exercise FSG 's net spend must be tiny we are becoming Arsenal
Not only we haven't recoupped the funds we invested in Mignolet but we lost the vocal leader on and off the pitch and an experienced still very good player.
The biggest issue to me is that we still don't have competition for that position and if Mignolet takes time to settle and/or get injured we will be in a big trouble.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

How about we keep him and utilise the 9m we spent in Simon on an area if the pitch that was more if a priority. Like CB for example or it could even have been used to increase the bid for HM.Originally posted by Neil Young View PostAnd we sell him to a direct rival, everyone goes bat****.

Well if there is a possibility of recalling him if Mignolet gets out for the season. Then it's a good deal for us. Who knows.Originally posted by Mostar View PostDisappointed by this move at so many different levels.

Maybe, much like HM, he would rather play for another club than lfc next season.Originally posted by Tee View PostHow about we keep him and utilise the 9m we spent in Simon on an area if the pitch that was more if a priority. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

We don't know that this move hasn't been on the cards for weeks do we? Mignolet could have been brought as his replacement with the knowledge PEPE was already off.Originally posted by Tee View PostHow about we keep him and utilise the 9m we spent in Simon on an area if the pitch that was more if a priority.
