Yes, top Bender.
.
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Largely about motivation rather than changes in style of play if you sack a manager at this point.
You have to think that those in charge think that they need a new manager in to assess things before next season."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

I don't get the raving about him at Swindon.
He spent **** loads on signings/wages to the point where the football league placed them under embargo for breaching spending rules and if it was not for an atrocious refereeing decision in the game away to eventual 2nd placed Shrewsbury wouldn't have even won the league despite all that money spent.
OK, you can argue that promotion is just as good at that level but its a different kettle of fish to be able to attract a decent player at a lower league club with a fat wage wedge and the prospect of promotion than it is to attract a player to Sunderland with the promise of eternal medicracy
And to appoint him with so little experience of any worthwhile level?
Madness IMO.Football without Origi is nothing
